Rich Shoen held senior executive positions with national and regional banks. He managed training and education programs, developed and led sales and service teams and was instrumental in major organizational change initiatives in the United States and Europe. Currently, he is the principal in a business advisory and leadership development company headquartered in Fort Worth.
