Dr. Paul Witt brings to the classroom many relevant experiences from a career in marketing, training, and management. His research centers on the classroom communication behaviors of teachers and students, and one of his studies recently received the John E. Hunter Award from the International Communication Association. Dr. Witt holds leadership positions in the National Communication Association and serves on the editorial board of Communication Education and Communication Monographs. He is Director of Graduate Studies for the Communication Studies Department and teaches intercultural communication, communication theory, and advanced public speaking.
